Scheduled daily we scan for malware and also checks to make sure that the website is not blacklisted.
Daily secure off-site backups
Backup is the cornerstone of WordPress website management. It’s imperative to have an up-to-date backup of your website. We take the load of your mind by running scheduled daily offsite backups and making sure that up-to-date backup is always ready. Sites are backed up to secure Amazon AWS servers (based in the EU to comply with GDPR Policies). Please note the backup is only for WordPress and its associated database and does not include any other applications you may be running on your server or any of your hosting services such as email or server operating files
WordPress Core Updates
As soon as a new WordPress update is available we start the process of rolling it out.
Theme/Plugin Updates
Plugins and themes are checked for updates on a daily basis. On performing an update we backup your site so that if any major issues are encountered we can roll back to the version before the update so everything is back to how it was and carry out an investigation as to why the plugin update is breaking the site.
Includes Monthly Support & Content updates
Direct access to support where they can ask questions, get advice, or get minor issues resolved. Have you ever updated WordPress, a theme, or a plugin and found out it broke something? We offer up to compatibility support as part of the support package. If we can't fix it within that time, we will rollback to your latest update and contact you with recommendations.
Performance monitoring
Performance monitoring runs your site against google's Page Insights and YSlow on a weekly basis and monitors the performance score they return. This allows us to spot any issues with your page load speed and allows us to advise on how you can improve.
Uptime Monitoring
The Uptime Monitor saves you time worrying about what websites are up, it instantaneously notifies us if your website goes down, giving us a chance to fix the problem before it becomes serious.
SEO Rank Monitoring
Allows the monitoring of up to 25 keywords google’s listings (Keywords to be provided by client). The site is checked weekly for its position in the top 100 results for each keyword.
Broken link tracking
Monitors the site for broken links. These can then be fixed as part of the maintenance/support time
Tutorial videos
As part of our maintenance plans we will also setup access to a range of WordPress Tutorial videos that your client can access directly from the WordPress admin area. These videos cover the basic functionality within WP along with overviews of a couple of the most popular plugins such as Gravity forms and YOAST.
